in RUN type these commands
mstsc--> to launch your remote desktop
xp supports 1 remote or cosole user
win server supports 2, but we can change it
services.msc-->to open services

services are applications manages by OS
server hardning should be done-->ms recommend disable all unnecessary services to improve security. but first check dependancies of service
vulnaribility--> security problems in service
ms blaster virus --> used to restart sytem, because the behavirour of RPC serice was changed to restart
